When will I receive my order?

Order fulfillment
• Once your payment has been received, we will prepare your order within 1-2 business days.
• For orders placed before 2 pm, we usually prepare them the same business day.
• Preparation of orders placed during promotions may be delayed due to high demand.
• For orders placed on weekends or holidays, we start preparing them the following business day.

Delivery
• Your items will be delivered to your door within 5-8 business days.

If you haven’t collected your order after 7 days, we'll send you a reminder, and then another one after 10 days.
